Preventive maintenance for optimized performance

Reliable snowmaking begins long before the winter season kicks in. In spring and summer, maintenance efforts focus on the TR and TT fan-based snow producers and the TL lance systems to ensure peak performance across all operating conditions.

The TR series, TT series, and TL series are engineered to deliver maximum efficiency, exceptional durability, and reliable snow production – even at the limits of the operating temperature range. The TR series excels in mobility and versatility, the TT series delivers outstanding stationary performance on towers, and the TL series sets the standard for efficient, resource-saving snowmaking with lance technology. All systems are designed for easy maintenance and maximum reliability.
 

All units are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and serviced as part of the maintenance program. This includes checking mechanical and hydraulic components, replacing wear parts, and testing the functionality of all relevant systems.
 

Maintenance is performed using the latest B.E.A.T. process. Equipment Phase, during which all plants are meticulously prepared for the upcoming season. This ensures that potential outages are averted early on and that the systems are fully operational as soon as the snow starts to fall.
 

The B.E.A.T. master web app provides end-to-end support for this process: Maintenance work is systematically planned, digitally documented, and efficiently managed. This allows service teams to have a complete overview of all machines at all times.
