Des performances optimales grâce à la maintenance préventive

Pour garantir un enneigement fiable, il faut s'y prendre bien avant le début de la saison hivernale. Au printemps et en été, l'accent est donc mis sur l'entretien des enneigeurs ventilateurs TR et TT ainsi que des lances TL, afin de garantir des performances optimales dans toutes les conditions.

Les séries TR, TT et TL sont synonymes de rendement maximal, de robustesse et de fiabilité de l’enneigement, même à des températures critiques proches des limites de fonctionnement. La série TR séduit par sa mobilité et sa flexibilité d'utilisation, la série TT par sa robustesse en installation fixe et ses performances constantes sur la tour, tandis que la série TL est synonyme d'enneigement particulièrement efficace et économe en ressources grâce à ses lances. Tous les systèmes sont conçus pour faciliter la maintenance et garantir une fiabilité maximale.
 

Dans le cadre de la maintenance, l’ensemble des installations est entièrement inspecté, nettoyé et remis en état. Cela comprend le contrôle des composants mécaniques et hydrauliques, le remplacement des pièces d'usure ainsi que le contrôle du bon fonctionnement de tous les systèmes concernés.

La maintenance est réalisée dans le cadre du B.E.A.T. actuelle. Phase Equipment, au cours de laquelle toutes les installations sont préparées de manière ciblée pour la saison à venir. Ainsi, les pannes potentielles sont anticipées et évitées, et les systèmes sont pleinement opérationnels dès le démarrage de l'enneigement.
 

L'application web B.E.A.T.master prend en charge ce processus de bout en bout : les travaux de maintenance sont planifiés de manière structurée, documentés sous forme numérique et gérés efficacement. Les équipes de service peuvent ainsi garder un œil sur toutes les machines à tout moment.

Le haut degré de standardisation des séries TR, TT et TL simplifie encore davantage la maintenance, l'approvisionnement en pièces de rechange et les processus de service. Il en résulte un processus de maintenance simple, efficace et hautement fiable.
