The thousandth fan gun in 2026 goes to Mottolino

Mottolino and TechnoAlpin have maintained a close partnership for more than 20 years. In 2025, the collaboration was further strengthened with the signing of an agreement for a large-scale project that will be implemented over a three-year period.

As part of the project, the snowmaking system at Mottolino are being completely converted to TechnoAlpin solutions. In addition to expansions to the slopes and the delivery of new line material, plans call for the installation of a total of 100 TT10 fan guns.

The new snow producers include a very special machine: the thousandth fan gun made at TechnoAlpin in 2026. In keeping with a long-standing tradition, this TT10 was manufactured in an exclusive gold-colored finish and delivered to Mottolino last week.
 

The golden TT10, then, doesn't only look good. It symbolizes the long-standing trust between Mottolino and TechnoAlpin and marks another milestone in their shared journey.

The modernization comprises not only the infrastructure and the snowmaking equipment, but also the system's control system. To achieve this, the previous Liberty control system was replaced by ATASSpro.
 

Starting this coming winter season, the Mottolino snowmaking system will be controlled via ATASSpro. As a result, the ski resort will rely in the future on a comprehensive, integrated solution from TechnoAlpin, in which snow guns, line material, and the control system are optimally coordinated.
 

The golden TT10 symbolizes the special bond between Mottolino and TechnoAlpin. It stands for more than two decades of successful collaboration—and for our shared journey into the future.
