TT Series: Unlimited Snow Production Performance

With the TT series tower machines — the TT10 and TT9 — TechnoAlpin sets new standards in snowmaking. Combining advanced technology, outstanding energy efficiency and a sleek, modern design, the TT series delivers high performance across a wide range of operating conditions, including marginal temperatures. Designed for stationary snow production, the TT series offers straightforward installation and intuitive operation for fast, hassle-free commissioning. Its practical tilting mechanism further simplifies maintenance procedures, helping snowmaking teams save time while improving operational safety.

At the heart of the TT series is a high-tech turbine system in which the turbine and compressor are driven by a single motor, a feature that improves the energy consumption. The TT series is also equipped with an oil-free compressor providing several advantages: Consistent compressed-air discharge, lower weight and noise levels, and particularly simple maintenance.
 

The innovative compressed-air cooling within the water circuit of the water filter ensures that air is cooled to the optimum temperature while reducing installed heating power. The advanced nozzle-valve block design also supports efficient use of water and energy, while ensuring reliable operation, across all the temperature range. In addition, the elevated position of the machine, mounted on the tower, increases both snow output and working range of the snow producer.

Maintenance made safer and easier

The new tiltable tower combines the benefits of a tower machine with the accessibility typically associated with mobile fan-based snow producers. Its innovative tilting design makes key components — including nozzle-valve blocks, the compressor within the turbine and the turbine motor — easily accessible from the ground.
 

As a result, inspection and maintenance can be carried out safely without the need for a ladder. This improves operator safety, simplifies service work and helps ensure efficient snowmaking operations throughout the season.
 

With the TT series, already a huge worldwide best seller with over 6000 units installed, TechnoAlpin brings together performance, energy efficiency, ease of use and maintenance-friendly design in a solution suited to ski slopes of all kinds.
