Guaranteed snowfall for Igrista

The Igrišta ski resort was established in 1984 in Republika Srpska (Republic of Srpska) (Bosnia and Herzegovina) . It initially served as a backup and training area for the 1984 Sarajevo Olympics. At low altitude, the Igrišta slopes stretch from 1,040 to 1,350 m above sea level. An efficient snow-making system is therefore required to plan a safe and secure season. However, major investments have failed to materialize in the past.

In 2021, the successful ski resort of Jahorina finally took its smaller neighbor under its administrative wing. Jahorina Managing Director, Dejan Ljevnaić, has worked closely with TechnoAlpin for many years. As a result of this partnership, TechnoAlpin Managing Director, Erich Gummerer, together with Export Manager, Nemanja Dogo, had the honor of presenting modern snowmaking system specifications to Radovan Višković, the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska.
