B.E.A.T. service. – Phase 2 of preventive maintenance begins

With the new B.E.A.T. service concept, TechnoAlpin is dividing the year up into four phases - Beginning, Equipment, Action and Target, and relevant actions. To make the system as efficient as possible and ensure a seamless start to the new season in the autumn, it is vital to put the entire year to good use and take the right steps at the right time.
 

The first phase, “Beginning”, is dominated by a comprehensive system analysis using check lists and staff training. Phase 2 runs from June to August: “Equipment”. Any spare parts that are needed are purchased early and the summer months are used for current maintenance and repair work.

Equipment – service portal providing beneficial support

Any spare parts required are ordered and delivered immediately after the system check. The TechnoAlpin Service Portal provides beneficial support. Spare parts can be selected, added to the shopping basket and then ordered with a simple click. Once the order has been placed, the current delivery status can be viewed in the service portal.  Early ordering helps to ensure that transport is as coordinated and efficient as possible. 

Maintenance work – use the summer months

The “Equipment” phase includes all current maintenance and repair work. TechnoAlpin recommends that this is also done in the summer months up to August. As soon as the spare parts arrive, work can start. Any problems highlighted in the spring system check can now be rectified. Routine maintenance can be carried out leisurely and under optimal conditions. And if the input of a service technician is required, operations can be coordinated as efficiently as possible.
 

The “Equipment” phase sets the tone for recommissioning in the autumn. With a meticulous system check in the spring, a properly serviced system and well-trained staff, there’s nothing to stop the new season from getting off to a flying start!
