B.E.A.T. 服务——预防性维护的第2阶段开始

通过新的服务理念 B.E.A.T.，天冰将一年分为四个阶段，即开始（Beginning）、设备（Equipment）、行动（Action）和目标（Target），并在每个阶段实施相应的行动。为了使设备实现效率最大化并实现在秋季顺利造雪，要利用全年的时间，在正确的时间采取正确的措施。
 

在第1阶段，“开始（Beginning）”阶段中，重点是利用检查表对设备进行全面分析，并对员工进行培训。6月至8月为第2阶段：“设备（Equipment）”阶段。在此阶段要提前采购所需的备件，并利用夏季的时间进行必要的维护和修理工作。

设备阶段-服务门户网站(Service Portal)为您提供重要支持

在系统检查之后，直接订购和交付备件。天冰服务门户网站(Service Portal)在选择备件时将为您提供重要支持。在挑选备件时，您可以将备件加入购物车，然后实现一键下单。订购以后，您可以在服务门户网站(Service Portal)中查看当前交货状态。  尽早订购有助于尽可能协调而有效地组织运输。

维护工作——利用夏季 

在“设备（Equipment）”阶段还需进行所有必要的维护和修理工作。根据天冰的建议，这些工作应在夏季8月前进行。备件一到，就可以开始工作了。在春季系统检查中发现的所有问题将在现在予以解决。日常维修工作可在最佳条件下有条不稳的进行。如需服务技术人员支持，也可从容地进行组织协调。
 

“设备（Equipment）”阶段为造雪设备在秋季重新投入使用奠定了基础。经过春季认真的系统检查，有了运转流畅的系统，再加上训练有素的员工，造雪工作就可以顺利开展。
