TechnoAlpin not only guarantees high quality products but also offers customers a comprehensive after-sales service. This includes, among other things, the repair and revamping of the various snow guns and other components used in the snowmaking system.
We have launched a series of videos in order to provide our customers with more in-depth information about the wide variety of services offered by TechnoAlpin. Members of the after-sales service team will present each individual section.
Marion Margesin works in the Back Office of the After Sales Service and is responsible for logging customers' repair requests and organizing the transportation of any spare parts required. This service has been located in the spare parts warehouse at TechnoAlpin's Volders (AT) branch since 2016. An automated system has been installed in the warehouse to cut waiting times and accelerate the repair process.
"We have to work in conjunction with branch employees to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The Back Office is actually the interface between the product, employee and customer," explains Marion. The primary goal is to resolve difficult situations quickly. "It's always a big challenge to manage all of this. Not only must we deliver products of a consistently high standard, but we also have to operate well as a team," she continued. This is precisely what allows her to confidently meet the challenges of the forthcoming winter season!
