Année record pour les canalisations d'enneigement !

2022 a été non seulement une année record pour la production et les ventes des enneigeurs, comme l'enneigeur à ventilateur TT10 avec 730 unités fabriquées, mais aussi pour les canalisations d'enneigement en fonte ductile ! Pour l'ensemble des projets 2022, TechnoAlpin a vendu 230 km de canalisations. Cela représente 9 000 tonnes de fonte ductile expédiées sur les sites clients dans le monde entier pour construire des systèmes d'enneigement.
 

Au-delà d'illustrer le fort dynamisme du marché neige pour TechnoAlpin en 2022, le volume vendu l'an dernier est un signe clair que les clients reconnaissent la haute qualité et les performances durables des canalisations neige en fonte ductile proposés par TechnoAlpin.

En effet, pour l'alimentation en eau de ses projets neige, TechnoAlpin a choisi de travailler avec le produit de meilleure qualité et propose les canalisations fonte du leader mondial de la fabrication de canalisations ductiles, Saint Gobain PAM. Ils ont développé des produits spécifiquement pour l'alimentation en eau pour la production de neige, en tenant compte des problématiques spécifiques liées à la conception et à la construction de réseaux d'eau en zone montagneuse : formes du terrain, nature du sol, besoin d'alimentation en eau en termes de débit et de pression, etc. Haute qualité, durabilité, facilité d'installation et fiabilité font partie des caractéristiques offertes par les canalisations en fonte ductile utilisées par TechnoAlpin.

Les propriétés mécaniques de la fonte ductile en font la solution la plus appropriée pour l'alimentation en eau d'enneigement : très résistantes aux efforts extérieurs et à la pression interne, les conduites en fonte ductile permettent également une grande flexibilité d'implantation grâce à la conception spécifique du système de joint élastomère qui permet une réflexion angulaire importante. Il est très facile de suivre la forme du terrain tout en économisant sur les aménagements. En effet, les canalisations en fonte ductile sont faciles à installer grâce au système de joint à emboîtement, et la mise en œuvre ne nécessite aucun travail de soudure sur place, ce qui permet une installation rapide et facile.
 

Toujours apporter les meilleures solutions, les plus avancées techniquement, aux exploitants de stations de ski et aux sociétés de remontées mécaniques, s’inscrit véritablement dans la philosophie de TechnoAlpin.
