Programme de formation de l’Academy 2026

L’année de formation écoulée a de nouveau été marquée par un vif intérêt et de nombreux participants engagés. Cet écho positif nous motive à développer continuellement notre offre de formation et à donner le meilleur de nous-mêmes cette année encore.

En 2026 également, les formations de l’Academy mettront l’accent sur des contenus axés sur la pratique et sur une expertise approfondie. Les évolutions techniques actuelles sont systématiquement intégrées aux différents modules de formation.
L’objectif est de transmettre des informations pertinentes sur la maintenance et l’entretien, ainsi que sur la manipulation en toute sécurité des enneigeurs, des vannes, des salles des machines et des systèmes de commande. Les connaissances acquises permettent d’identifier les défis techniques à un stade précoce et de minimiser d’éventuelles interruptions d’exploitation.

Pour garantir des conditions d’apprentissage optimales, des salles de formation modernes offrant des possibilités d’entraînement axées sur la pratique sont mises à disposition. Des formateurs expérimentés élaborent les contenus avec les participants de manière structurée, compréhensible et en mettant clairement l’accent sur la pratique.

Nouveauté du programme de formation 2026 : des cours dans les domaines de la nivologie, de l’entretien des pistes et de l’enneigement optimisé en termes de ressources. L’offre est ainsi élargie de manière ciblée, ouvrant de nouvelles perspectives pour l’exploitation hivernale.
