IO-Link | Technologie avancée pour le contrôle de la salle des machines

TechnoAlpin, leader de l'innovation en matière d'enneigement depuis 35 ans, utilise toujours les technologies les plus avancées pour booster les performances des solutions fournies aux exploitants de stations domaines skiables afin de les aider à relever les défis de la production de neige. Pour la gestion des salles des machines, cœur battant de l'installation neige, et le contrôle de ses composants, c'est le système de communication IO-Link qui est utilisé depuis 2019.
 

Le système de communication IO-Link, technologie mondialement standardisée et reconnue, permet de transmettre numériquement toutes les mesures des capteurs présents en salles des machines. Ce système de communication intelligent permet de disposer de multiples informations, plus précises, tout en facilitant considérablement le processus de configuration et d'installation, en réduisant le nombre de capteurs nécessaires à la gestion des composants. Dans le passé, les capteurs étaient principalement limités aux données analogiques. Aujourd'hui, les données de ces capteurs intelligents permettent de proposer la salle des machines en mode 4.0. Le contrôle du process neige moderne implique l'enregistrement et le traitement d'un grand nombre de valeurs, souvent simultanément, afin de fournir des données précises au logiciel de contrôle ATASSpro et aux autres applications, telles que SNOWMASTER.

La salle des machines « digitale » fournit beaucoup plus d'informations que les systèmes analogiques et ce, à un rythme plus rapide. Grâce à la technologie IO-Link, la transmission des données est fluide et sans faille, car les transmissions incorrectes ou les conversions de signaux analogiques sont éliminées.
 

En outre, la technologie IO-Link permet de fournir une vue d'ensemble de l'état réel du système et d'informer l'équipe chargée de la production de neige de tout dysfonctionnement. Les capteurs des composants transmettent des informations instantanées sur le type de défaut. Cela facilite le processus de maintenance pour les équipes d'enneigement et facilite également l'assistance à distance.

Installation Plug & Play

Les composants de la salle des machines 4.0 avec IO-Link sont standardisés et préassemblés. La mise en place est exempte d'erreurs, tant en ce qui concerne le câblage que les capteurs, car le système intelligent reconnaît les composants et les affecte correctement. Cela augmente l'efficacité du processus de programmation et du travail d'installation sur site, ce qui permet aux exploitants d'économiser du temps et de l'argent.
 

Enfin, la technologie IO-Link n'est pas réservée aux nouvelles salles des machines, puisque les équipements et les composants existants peuvent être modernisés avec cette technologie : tout le monde peut bénéficier de cette amélioration des performances !
