Optimalizované dýzy a nukleátory pre bezkonkurenčný výkon v hraničnom teplotnom rozsahu

Spoločnosť TechnoAlpin je nesporným technologickým lídrom v oblasti technického zasnežovania. V posledných rokoch sa preto vývoj zameriava na zvýšenie zasnežovacieho výkonu v hraničnom teplotnom rozsahu. Jednako sa približne 70 % základného zasnežovania uskutočňuje pri teplotách od -2 °C do -5 °C. Na zvýšenie výkonu boli dýzy aj nukleátory vybavené rubínovými vložkami extrémne odolnými proti opotrebovaniu. Rubín je dvakrát tvrdší ako keramika a mnohokrát tvrdší ako ušľachtilá oceľ. Vďaka tomu sa dýzy a nukleátory takmer vôbec neopotrebúvajú, dokonca ani pri agresívnej vode a vysokom tlaku, a vzor striekania zostane nezmenený po celé desaťročia, čo je rozhodujúce kritérium pre optimálny výkon v náročných podmienkach. Pretože len ak je zmes vody a stlačeného vzduchu presne tá správna, môže sa vyrobiť veľa snehu v najlepšej kvalite aj pri hraničných teplotách.

Optimálna konfigurácia a optimalizované prepínanie

Rôzne konfigurácie umožňujú optimálne prispôsobenie prevládajúcim teplotným podmienkam. Pre lyžiarske oblasti s prevažne miernymi hraničnými teplotami sú definované špeciálne konfigurácie dýz, ktoré umožňujú spustiť produkciu snehu pri vyšších teplotách. Pri nižších teplotách je možné optimalizovať množstvo snehu a vyrábať ho vo väčšom množstve pomocou prepínateľných dýz.


Rubínové dýzy sú zabudované do inovatívnych spínacích ventilov dýz. Každá prepínateľná dýza je ovládaná vlastným ventilom. Vďaka dômyselnému systému vyprázdňovaniu stlačeným vzduchom nevyjde nazmar ani kvapka vody. Prebytočná voda tak pri prepínaní dýz smeruje priamo do prúdu vzduchu a efektívne sa mení na sneh.


V prípade tyčového snežného dela sme zvýšili počet regulačných stupňov a prispôsobili osadenie dýz hraničnému rozsahu, aby delá pracovali s optimálnou účinnosťou v celom rozsahu teplôt. To zvyšuje celkový zasnežovací výkon, ale najmä na začiatku krivky zasnežovania, takže vtedy, keď je to naozaj dôležité.
