Přizpůsobená podpora jako klíč k úspěchu

Zasnežovacie systémy sú veľmi komplexné technické systémy, ktoré pozostávajú z množstva komponentov. Precízne koordinované plánovanie systému je základným kameňom energeticky efektívneho zasnežovania. Oddelenie plánovania spoločnosti TechnoAlpin preto zohráva mimoriadne dôležitú úlohu pri každom novom projekte. Od plánovania konceptu cez detailné plánovanie až po hotovú ponuku, toto oddelenie je východiskovým bodom všetkých dôležitých technických informácií.

Pri každom novom projekte sa s príslušným lyžiarskym strediskom definujú špeciálne požiadavky, aby sa správne dimenzoval systém ušitý na mieru. Intenzívnou spoluprácou rôznych oddelení (Predaj, Contract Management, Výskum a vývoj) sa špecifikujú a individuálne vyhľadávajú technické, hydraulické a elektrické komponenty celého zasnežovacieho systému. Zo širokej škály výrobkov je možné vybrať snežné delo, ktoré sa optimálne prispôsobí vašim podmienkam. Cieľom je využívať časové úseky zasnežovania vždy optimálne, a tým šetriť zdroje.

Na základe týchto informácií zostavia technickí návrhári rozsiahly prehľadný plán pre celý zasnežovací systém. V týchto takzvaných hlavných plánoch sa presne spisujú a navzájom zosúlaďujú vonkajšie inštalácie, strojovne a zasnežovacie komponenty, ako aj možné fázy výstavby. Na oddelení plánovania spoločnosti TechnoAlpin v súčasnosti pracuje celkovo 19 zamestnancov. Každý rok sa vypracujú tisícky ponúk a približne 2500 výkresov (hlavné plány, vývojové diagramy, grafika procesov, plány inštalácie).
