一对一服务是成功的关键

造雪系统各有千秋。为了满足每位客户的需求，天冰通过一个详细的规划流程为每一套新系统进行专案设计和调整。因此，即使是在盛夏，滑雪场也有很多工作要处理：铺设水管、空气管路、电缆和数据线缆；建造存储池；确定坑井的位置并安装造雪机，这样才能保证在冬季滑雪旺季开始时能够准时而顺利的进行人工造雪。

在天冰，由项目经理负责各个项目的运营规划和把控。在分配任务之后，项目经理会成为客户的主要联系人，从头到尾管理施工工作。他们创建订购单，委托分包商，监督并协调施工进度。与此同时，他们与物流部门密切合作，从而协调所有部件的交付。对于即将交付的造雪系统，项目经理们还负责管理施工现场。工作结束时，项目经理会与 PLC 程序员共同调试系统，并保证在造雪系统最终交付之前为客户提供详尽的入门操作指导。

最重要的是，项目经理们对造雪系统相关的技术知识了若指掌。合同管理部门共有来自全球的44 名员工，每年完成大约 4,000 小时的进修，从而时刻掌握着最新的技术和法律动态。天冰平均每年在全球管理 350 个项目，平均编写大约 250 个 PLC 程序。
