Projekt na kľúč: Realizácia prác od A po Z

Na budovaní zasnežovacieho systému, najmä pri projektoch na kľúč, sa podieľa niekoľko oddelení spoločnosti TechnoAlpin, ako aj niekoľko zmluvných dodávateľov so zručnosťami v rôznych oblastiach, stavebnom inžinierstve, stavebných prácach, výkopových prácach, elektroinštalačných prácach, kladení potrubí, montáži atď., zvyčajne v krátkom čase! Po fáze návrhu je skutočne načase začať s realizáciou projektu a vybudovať systém. Taktiež interne koordinujú rôzne oddelenia spoločnosti TechnoAlpin, ktoré sa podieľajú na projekte: projektová kancelária a projektové inžinierstvo pre výkresy realizácie, programátori pre PLC, softvérový tím atď. a v neposlednom rade oddelenie logistiky pre všetky dodávky snežných diel, potrubí, čerpadiel a všetkých ostatných potrebných komponentov na miesto. Zmluvný manažér je hlavným kontaktným bodom pre zákazníka, ktorý rieši projekt od A do Z a pri projektoch zasnežovania na kľúč preberá zodpovednosť za riadenie stavby.

Po dokončení prác je zmluvný manažér zodpovedný za proces uvedenia systému do prevádzky a zabezpečuje, aby tím zákazníka zodpovedný za zasnežovanie absolvoval riadne zaškolenie pred konečným odovzdaním zasnežovacieho systému. Potom tím zodpovedný za zasnežovanie už len musí spustiť systém a začať vyrábať vysokokvalitný sneh, aby zabezpečil otvorenie sezóny!
