总包工程：从头到尾的执行作业

造雪系统（尤其是总包工程）的建造过程中，需要TechnoAlpin 多部门与多领域承包商的短时精诚合作，承包商涉及土木工程、土建工程、挖沟作业、电气工程、管道铺设、装配等各领域！事实上，设计阶段完成后，就到工程开工和建造造雪系统的阶段了。在下个雪季到来之前，我们必须争分夺秒地为滑雪场运营商提供最先进、高效的造雪设备。

除了 TechnoAlpin 研发的造雪系统设计技术外，不论项目大小，该专家在合同管理和项目执行方面也积累了深厚的专业知识。TechnoAlpin 的合同经理负责运营规划和项目执行，从而确保所有外部承包商都能及时高效地完成自身工作。
 

同时，其还与 TechnoAlpin 内部与该项目相关的各个部门进行紧密协作。设计办公室及项目工程部负责绘制施工图，程序员负责 PLC 和软件团队等，最后是物流部门，其负责将雪炮、管道、水泵和所有其他必要部件运送至施工现场。合同经理作为客户的主要联系人，负责从头到尾跟进项目，且在造雪总包项目中承担现场管理职责。

工程完工后，合同经理负责造雪设备的调试，并确保在最终交付造雪系统前，对客户的造雪团队人员进行相应培训。调试并培训完成后，造雪团队人员只需启动造雪系统，即可开始制造优质用雪，从而为即将到来的雪季做好准备！
