Projet clé en main : Exécution des travaux de A à Z

La construction d'un système d'enneigement, en particulier pour les projets clés en main, implique la participation de plusieurs services de TechnoAlpin ainsi que de plusieurs corps d’état ayant des compétences dans différents domaines : génie civil, travaux publics, tranchées, travaux électriques, pose de tuyaux, montage, etc. En effet, après la phase de conception, il est temps de donner le coup d'envoi de l'exécution du projet et de construire le système. Il n'y a pas de temps à perdre pour livrer aux exploitants des domaines skiables une installation, ultra-performante, à la pointe de la technologie en prévision de la prochaine saison d'enneigement.

Au-delà des compétences en matière de conception de systèmes d'enneigement développées par TechnoAlpin, les Snow Experts disposent également d'une expertise approfondie en matière de gestion des contrats et d'exécution de projets, qu'il s'agisse de projets de grande ou de petite envergure. Les chargés d’affaires de TechnoAlpin sont responsables de la planification opérationnelle et de l'exécution du projet, s'assurant également que tous les intervenants externes jouent leur rôle de manière efficace et dans les délais impartis.
 

Ils assurent également la coordination interne entre les différents services de TechnoAlpin impliqués dans le projet : Bureau d'études et ingénierie projet pour les plans d'exécution, programmeurs pour les automates, équipe logicielle, etc., et enfin le département logistique pour toutes les livraisons sur site des enneigeurs, tuyaux, pompes et tous les autres composants nécessaires. Le chargé d’affaires est le principal interlocuteur du client, il gère le projet de A à Z et assume les responsabilités de supervision de site lorsqu'il s'agit de projets d'enneigement clés en main.

Une fois les travaux terminés, il est responsable de la supervision de la mise en service de l'installation et s'assure que l'équipe d'enneigement du client reçoit la formation adéquate avant de formellement transférer la propriété du système d'enneigement. Une fois cette étape franchie, l'équipe d'enneigement n'a plus qu'à mettre le système en marche et à commencer à produire de la neige de haute qualité afin de sécuriser le début de la saison !
