泵站的夏季维护|保证造雪无故障

夏季适合进行 TechnoAlpin 造雪设备和装置的维护操作，以便为下一个造雪季做好准备。定期维护的造雪系统将提供最佳性能，并保证无故障造雪运行。
 

泵和空气压缩机站尤其如此，因为它们是系统的心脏，为雪道上的造雪机提供必要的供给。机房的所有主要部件，泵、压缩机、阀门、过滤器、传感器、变频器（VFD）、电气柜，都需要定期进行维护，才能一季接着一季地平稳高效运行。细致的维护程序有助于防止发生任何可能影响造雪的机械、电子故障。

正如新版《B.E.A.T.服务理念》所表达的，我们的技术人员首先要做的是对机房组件进行深入分析，以评估维护和潜在维修的需求。这样便可以定义最佳的夏季维护计划，然后开始工作！
 

但是，TechnoAlpin 不仅设计最先进的造雪设备，其质量过硬、组件耐用，同时还为滑雪场运营商提供了广泛的维护解决方案和服务，覆盖造雪设备的各个方面。针对机房所有现有和新型组件，技术人员定期接受培训，以保持最高水平的专业技能。

TechnoAlpin是经Kaeser、Caprari和KSB授权的售后服务和维修提供商，也是Danfoss和Evoqua原始设备制造商的合作伙伴。本公司的维修和保养服务车间将在最佳工况下对所有部件进行专业的大修和维修，以尽可能达到最佳效果，然后再将设备送回客户手中。
