10 years of TechnoAlpin Nordic: Looking back, sharing ideas, and gaining new perspectives
To mark TechnoAlpin Nordic’s 10th anniversary, more than 90 customers, partners, and employees gathered in Oslo at the beginning of May to reflect on the branch’s development and achievements over the past decade. Since its founding in 2015, TechnoAlpin Nordic has continuously evolved and established itself as a trusted partner for projects across the Nordic region.
The first day of the event focused on reflecting on the past and looking ahead to the future. Presentations on the beginnings of TechnoAlpin and the evolvement of TechnoAlpin Nordic provided fascinating insights into technical advancements, key milestones, and selected flagship projects. In addition, the presentation of the SNØ Skihalleimpressively demonstrated how innovative concepts can make winter sports accessible to a broad audience and create new ways of experiencing skiing.
During an afternoon ski race with former successful professional skier Kjetil André Aamodt, participants were able to put their skills to the test on the slopes.
A VR experience and a TechnoAlpin quiz also provided entertainment and variety. A special highlight of the day was the was the former ski racer’s personal speech at dinner. He delighted the guests with fascinating insights and stories from throughout his career.
On day two, the program continued with a visit to Holmenkollen. The tour of the traditional ski jump and the ski museum provided the perfect setting to experience the strong connection to Nordic winter sports culture.
The anniversary event not only provided an opportunity to look back on ten successful years of TechnoAlpin Nordic, it also highlighted the long-standing bond between TechnoAlpin and the Nordic region – shaped by personal exchange, shared memories, and a common vision for the future.
