Preventive maintenance: laying the groundwork for winter now
A fully reliable snowmaking system in late fall is key to a successful winter season. Preventive maintenance plays a crucial role in ensuring this reliability, especially during the summer months. Timely inspections, maintenance, and repairs help guarantee a smooth start to snow production in autumn while saving valuable time and resources.
From June to August, the "Equipment" phase of the TechnoAlpin Service B.E.A.T. concept takes center stage. This is the ideal period to provide the necessary spare parts and carry out service work on the plant. By completing maintenance and repairs well in advance, snowmaking system is fully operational and ready for use at the start of the season.
B.E.A.T.master makes the entire process even more efficient. The new digital platform from TechnoAlpin is available on smartphone, tablet and desktop, supporting the planning, documentation and management of all maintenance activities throughout the year. Maintenance plans are managed digitally, progress can be tracked clearly, and the application is also ready for use in offline mode. In addition, sharing test results and adding comments helps streamline collaboration with the TechnoAlpin service team.
