TechnoAlpin's strong commitment to customers is particularly evident in the sales sector. From the first point of contact to including special requests, sales staff are involved right from the outset. The project is devised with professional advice from sales staff and the planning department A wide range of projects are carried out by project mangers/project engineers, the PLC programmers and the technical office until a successful snowmaking system is finally put into operation.
Research and Development are carried out by the Technical Department. TechnoAlpin is continuously researching to improve its products and discover innovative new solutions - in all areas: machines, electronics, software and plant engineering. Six million Euros are invested every year, making TechnoAlpin the undisputed innovation leader.
The Purchasing Department selects reliable suppliers who produce individual components of the highest quality. The buyers also monitor the ordering processes and punctual delivery for flawless production. The Logistics Department organizes the on-time transport of products and materials directly to the construction site. These are then installed by technical experts.
In Production, the snow guns are assembled, tested and prepared for shipment in batch production over an area of 15,000 m². The Quality Assurance department ensures that all products leave TechnoAlpin in perfect condition. The production staff also generate prototypes as well as products from the subsidiary EmiControls
The Service is emblematic of TechnoAlpin's promise of quality. It accompanies the commissioning of the systems and also makes its contribution in the product development phase. Once a snowmaking system has been handed over to the customer, it is looked then in the hands of the Service Department. The Service Department also organizes training courses for employees and customers through the TechnoAlpin Academy.
The different areas of Administration and IT ensure the smooth running of the company. The Accounting Department manages correct bookings and invoicing processes, while the IT department is responsible for ensure that all areas have the correct hardware and software. Controlling keeps an international overview of all the figures.
