Asian success story for SnowFactory: Testimonial from Japan!
Last winter season, the ski resort of Gransnow Okuibuki, located Northwest of Nagoya, in the Kansai region, was looking to further secure their snow production capacities, but with all-weather snow production machines.
In order to make the right choice for this new strategy, the management team decided to test several machines last year, including the SnowFactory from TechnoAlpin. After the initial test phase, Gransnow Okuibuki concluded that the best machine was the SnowFactory. Following these tests, not only the Japanese ski resort decided to purchase the SnowFactory it was testing, but placed an additional order for 7 units for 2024!
M. Jato Kusano, President of the lift company of Gransnow Okuibuki, who was personally involved in this major project, says “I have tested different machines and we have selected TechnoAlpin’s SnowFactory because of the superior snow quality and the best delivery snow system compared to the other products we have tried”. Indeed, the latest models of SnowFactory, recently redesigned, offer an excellent quality snow, with production capacities running from 100m3 to more than 1000m3 of snow per day.
Another decisive factor in TechnoAlpin's favor has been the level of attention that Gransnow Okuibuki received from the TechnoAlpin team and its local sales partner. M. Kusano confirms “TechnoAlpin has a technical team that listened to our requests and uses our feedback to improve the products and this was important in our decision-making. And the support during the test phase has been excellent as well.”
Gransnow Okuibuki really looks forward to receiving their additional SnowFactory units for the next season. This will take their snow production capacities to the next level and allow to offer the best snow conditions to the resort’s guests!
