Australian Snowmaker Days 2025 – collaboration, innovation, networking
In mid-September, Mount Buller ski area in Australia focused on snowmaking technology: From September 11 to 13, at the Australian Snowmaker Days around 40 experts from the country's leading ski areas gathered to explore the latest developments in snowmaking technology and alpine winter sports.
The event kicked off with a welcome dinner on Thursday evening, providing an ideal setting to strengthen existing connections and build new relationships. A varied program with engaging presentations followed on Friday. The main focus was on the innovations from TechnoAlpin: Topics such as the SnowFactory, the ATASSpro control system, the comprehensive range of services and the ongoing project in Mount Buller were presented and discussed in detail. The partner companies Doppelmayr and PistenBully also showcased their latest solutions, demonstrating how their technologies are driving greater efficiency and sustainability in ski areas worldwide.
A convivial finale rounded off the event and once again provided ample opportunity for networking. Overall, the Australian Snowmaker Days 2025 proved to be both a hub for expert insights and a valuable gathering place for the Australian snowmaking community.
