Large crowds flock to the 3rd Snowmaker Days event in Romania

TechnoAlpin continues its international tour this autumn. The third Snowmaker Days event was held in Romania from 28 to 30 September. There were over 200 participants from various Romanian ski resorts. This year’s Snowmaker Days event was held for the first time in the Northern ski resort of Borsa and was a resounding success.

The program covered a variety of topics with numerous interesting presentations about TechnoAlpin products on 29.9. Discussions focused on the latest sustainable snowmaking solutions, the multiple use of pump stations as small power stations for generating electricity and the ATASSpro control system, its possibilities and future prospects, as well as the SNOWMASTER software. Solutions for the indoor area and SnowFactory were also presented. In the late morning session, Georg Eisath spoke about the development and management of the Carezza ski area, outlining the latest projects in the Borșa ski resort.

In the afternoon, participants had the opportunity to visit the reservoir, pumping station and the latest snow guns in the ski resort. They also discussed individual technologies and services with TechnoAlpin experts in a relaxed and friendly setting. The Snowmaker Days event drew to a close with a gala dinner accompanied by traditional music. This event, the third of its kind, can be chalked up as yet another total success.
