B.E.A.T. Service Phase 1: Beginning
The first service phase has started: an annual program that divides the year into four sections. The first phase lasts from February to May, because this is the best time to create a solid basis for the upcoming arrival of the snow season. While winter still feels a world away for many, TechnoAlpin and our customers are getting ready early. The first phase of the B.E.A.T. strategy is a significant preparatory step. The letter “B” stands for “Beginning”, because a thorough analysis is carried out during this starting phase. This strategic model can be used to comprehensively inspect all snow guns, pumping stations and the system in general.
The first B.E.A.T. phase includes a comprehensive assessment of defects, wear parts and practical difficulties, followed by ordering any necessary spare parts using a checklist. The TechnoAlpin Academy plays a central role, organizing courses for ski resort staff, particularly in spring. The goal is to provide customers with the correct use guidelines to achieve optimum snowmaking results. In addition to maintenance and using the systems, the Academy also covers topics like snow quality, digitization and resource optimization.
