Successful Snowmaker Days 2025 with TechnoAlpin
TechnoAlpin organized three successful Snowmaker Days in March 2025. These events not only offered a chance to pool expertise and explore cutting-edge technology, but also to celebrate and share the passion for snow and wintertime. Through a perfect blend of presentations and hands-on experiences, attendees gained valuable insights into the future of snowmaking.
Two events took place simultaneously on March 13, 2025: one in Arosa-Lenzerheide (Switzerland) and one in Peyragudes in the French Pyrenees, which attracted participants especially from Spain, Andorra and France.
The Arosa-Lenzerheide event attracted more than 230 participants from across Switzerland, who gathered to discuss the latest advancements in snowmaking with TechnoAlpin specialists. A tour of the snowmaking systems set the scene to analyze the past season and discover future developments.
Meanwhile, the Snowmaker Day in Peyragudes welcomed 120 participants from 30 different ski areas, focusing on the specific challenges and opportunities for snow management in the Pyrenees and the Andes. Experts and snowmakers seized the opportunity to share the latest insights and discuss current industry trends.
The next Snowmaker Day followed on March 19, 2025 in Serre Chevalier, France. With 160 participants from 50 ski areas, this event was also a complete success. The focus here – as in Peyragudes – was on the implementation of ATASSpro, as both ski areas had switched from Liberty to the high-performance ATASSpro control system during the 2024/25 winter season. In addition, new cooling towers have been installed in both ski areas to further increase the efficiency of snow making.
Exclusive insights and exciting highlights
Alongside the innovative products and software solutions from TechnoAlpin, the participants in Arosa and Serre Chevalier were able to marvel at the SNOW CAT from Xelom – a highlight of the events that aroused such great interest.
A huge thank you to all the hosts in Arosa, Peyragudes and Serre Chevalier and to the many attendees who made these events a resounding success! We are already looking forward to the next Snowmaker Days in 2026.
