Pinzolo: Installation and snowmaking in record time

Why invest lots of time if TechnoAlpin only needs two nights? That’s right: The Tulot slope in the Trentino ski area in Pinzolo was covered in snow after just two nights. TechnoAlpin completely replaced all of the earlier snow guns in October 2022, pushing ahead with a project that was as challenging as it was successful. Once completed, 47 TT10 model snow guns were running, and the Tulot slope was able to open immediately.

The first steps for the project were to retrofit the existing system. After this, 47 snow guns were chosen to make snow in the area. It then took just four hours for a helicopter to bring them to the intended site and position them. Machines are usually transported on trucks, but Technoalpin was able to significantly shorten the installation time in this case.
