SNOWMASTER is part of clair - the new resort management platform

When the Interalpin Trade Fair opens its doors in Innsbruck on 19 April, one innovative product in particular will undoubtedly be the talk of the town. Clair - the latest resort management platform - has the answer to progressive digitalisation and meets customer requirements in the resort management sector. The latest software comes from the Vorarlberg cable car manufacturer, Doppelmayr, and thanks to data and software interfaces, offers numerous advantages in terms of efficient operational management and maintenance in ski resorts. The aim  is to provide operators with a swift and efficient overview of all the facilities and systems available in a given destination without focusing solely on cable cars.

Thanks to the partnership with TechnoAlpin, SNOWASTER Management Software data can be downloaded directly and conveniently into clair from now onwards. “TechnoAlpin and Doppelmayr have already joined forces on numerous projects. But now it’s time to take this partnership to new heights: We want to shape the digital future of ski resorts with clair. We are convinced that we can generate considerable added value for our customers only by joining forces”, explains Patric Lenarduzzi, Product Management Application Software Manager at TechnoAlpin. Clair can provide an overview of all key data involved in the planning and ongoing development of a snowmaking system. “Our partnership with clair allows our customers to highlight and analyze all of the key snowmaking data in true TechnoAlpin style in one platform. This synergistic approach is clearly a time-saving exercise,” explains Lenarduzzi.
