Premier coup de pioche pour le nouveau siège Suisse de TechnoAlpin

En 2022, TechnoAlpin Suisse fête ses 25 ans d'existence et a choisi de se faire un cadeau particulier pour l'occasion : le 27 juin, le premier coup de pioche a été donné pour la construction du nouveau siège de la filiale à Schattdorf (canton d'Uri). Avec ce nouveau bâtiment, le leader de l'innovation souhaite poser un jalon en matière de durabilité. Sur un terrain de 3000 mètres carrés, un bâtiment de bureaux et de stockage est en train de voir le jour selon un mode de construction particulièrement écologique et économique.  Yakisugi est le nom de l'ancienne technique japonaise utilisée, qui permet de créer des merveilles architecturales durables à partir de bois conservé par le feu.

Sur le plan visuel, le soi-disant « bois de soie » noir assurera également une esthétique exceptionnelle. « En tant que leader technologique, nous fixons depuis des années les normes pour un enneigement aussi durable que possible », explique Erich Gummerer, directeur de TechnoAlpin. « En conséquence, nous souhaitons également faire partie des précurseurs en matière de durabilité pour le bâtiment. » Ainsi, des détails particulièrement économes en énergie sont également prévus pour l'extension, comme le chauffage à distance, le photovoltaïque, les stations de recharge pour voitures électriques et la construction en bois. Dans le domaine des services et des formations, de nouvelles prestations seront proposées aux clients.

« Le mot japonais Yakisugi se compose de Yaki qui signifie brûler et de Sugi qui veut dire conifère », explique Bruno Gamma, directeur de l'entreprise de planification et de construction responsable Gamma AG. « En carbonisant légèrement la surface du bois, celui-ci devient hydrophobe, particulièrement durable et est en outre protégé contre les insectes et les champignons. Dans le sillage du mouvement écologique, cette ancienne méthode japonaise trouve actuellement de plus en plus d'adeptes. »

Au printemps 2023, les collaborateurs du site suisse de TechnoAlpin devraient déménager de Flüelen vers le nouveau site de Schattdorf voisin.
