天冰瑞士公司新基地的奠基仪式

2022 年是天冰瑞士公司成立 25 周年，值此之际，该公司为自己献上了一份特殊的礼物：6 月 27 日，在沙特多夫（乌里州）举办了新总部的奠基仪式。随着这项新建筑开始施工，这家创新引领公司希望在可持续发展方面获得里程碑式的发展。该公司打算用一种非常环保且经济的建筑方法建造一幢办公和仓库大楼，占地面积达 3000 平方米。Yakisugi 是一项源自日本的技术，历史悠久，这种木材的防火防腐特性让这幢大楼拥有了“可持续建筑”这个标签。

另外，这种黑色烧杉木的外观也为这幢建筑物增添了美感。“作为一家技术领先公司，我们多年来一直在制定和提升造雪的可持续性标准。”天冰总经理 Erich Gummerer 表示，“因此，在建筑方面，我们也希望成为可持续发展领域的佼佼者。”该公司还在扩建计划中考虑到很多细节，特别是节能方面，如远距离供暖、光伏发电系统、电动车充电桩和木结构等等。服务和培训部也向客户推出了新服务。

负责此次工程项目的是规划和建筑公司 Gamma AG，其总经理 Bruno Gamma 解释道：“Yakisugi 是一个日语单词，Yaki 是燃烧的意思，而 Sugi 指的是针叶树。对木材表面进行轻微烧焦处理之后，木材既防潮，又防虫蚁，特别经久耐用。在环保生态风潮盛行的当今，越来越多的人将目光转向了这项日本工艺。”

预计到 2023 年春，天冰瑞士公司的员工将从弗吕伦搬到邻近沙特多夫市的这个新基地。
