众多细节之处造就了独一无二的精巧设备并提高了效率

天冰一直致力于推动研发，其目标就是让造雪机变得更高效、更便于使用。近年来，天冰接连采取了多项具有决定性作用的措施，巩固了天冰的技术领先地位。


其中一项举措就是全新的喷嘴阀技术。全新阀环上的喷嘴块可以单独控制，而前机型则需要执行特定的组合工作。因此，现在每次都能确保最佳组合方式，并且总体而言，造雪机性能更强大，每次都能发挥出最佳效率。

另外，喷嘴阀中的水不再往下排放，而是被向上带入到空气射流中。因此，没有一滴水会被浪费。这样一来也省去了需要加热处理的排放软管。


天冰的新机型只需要一个电机就能驱动风扇和压缩机。附加电动机不再需要。这不仅减少了维护工作量，还让造雪机总体变得更轻。

空气温度是实现整个区域都有较高造雪量的关键所在。因此，新款造雪机配备了一个具有超大冷却表面的热交换器。压缩空气在冷雪水中流动，从 100°C 被冷却到 10°C——无需额外的能耗。如此一来，就可以省去滤水器中的加热装置，所需的加热功率降低了大约 30%。


造雪机在正确的造雪位置上造雪是实现高效率的核心要素。新款造雪机采用一个机械方案，可在调试期间就自动将造雪机置于造雪位置处。在造雪结束之后，造雪机自动回到待机位置，以免受损。

另外，为了尽量充分利用采购和物流中的大量资源，天冰尝试尽可能地统一这些新机型。TT 和 TR 系列的造雪机有 90% 的部分使用结构相同的零部件。


所有组件都旨在最大限度地延长使用寿命并提高坚固性。这一点也体现在喷嘴和核子器都配有红宝石嵌件这一方面。红宝石的硬度要比不锈钢高很多倍，即使遭遇有腐蚀性的水，也不会被冲蚀。因此，多年来，上乘雪质始终如一，材料磨损也显著降低。


总而言之，所有这些智能解决方案都促使这些新机型能比前机型多生产 15% 的雪——同时能耗保持不变。除此之外，耗材减少，维护工作量更是达到了历史最低水平。这不仅保护了资源，还提高了工作安全性。
