出色的造雪性能：TR 和 TT 系列

凭借最新一代炮式造雪机——TR 和 TT 系列，天冰再次树立了造雪领域的新标准。最新一代造雪机系列的奠基石是 2019 年推出的 TR10 。这款造雪机已将最佳雪质和最高操作便利性结合在了一起。

2021 年，随着 TT10 塔式造雪机的推出，造雪机的操作便利性被提升到了一个新的高度。新式可倾斜塔架始终将塔式造雪机的优点和移动便携款炮式造雪机的操作便利性优点融为一体。如今，其维护工作可在地面方便又安全地进行。

第二种涡轮机规格的炮式造雪机 TR9 和 TT9 去年上市，这两款产品的上市进一步完善了该新的产品系列。

优势一览

极限温度范围内也能达到最佳造雪性能
 

空气冷却器已经过重新设计和优化，以适用于最新的造雪机系列。较高的冷却表面提高了冷却能力，从而增加了造雪量，尤其是在极限温度范围内的造雪量。
 

资源利用最大化
 

随着新型炮式造雪机的推出，喷嘴阀技术也得到了彻底革新。中央阀块被可单独控制的单个阀门取代。喷嘴环上的每个喷嘴都由其自带的阀门控制，高度创新的同时各部分相得益彰、完美协调运行。这不仅极大地提高了运行安全性，还能防止水的流失。

TR 和 TT 系列的核子器都配备了两个红宝石嵌件。TR 系列造雪机的所有喷嘴也都配备了高质量红宝石嵌件。红宝石嵌件以极高的耐磨性著称，因此，有了这个嵌件，就可以实现高质量雪的持续产出，同时也减少了部件的更换频率。

最后值得一提的是，只需一台电机就能驱动造雪机的风扇和压缩机。
 

最高程度的操作便利性
 

TT 系列塔式造雪机位置得到提升，确保了较大的有效造雪范围。可倾斜的塔架便于通过升降气缸机械降低造雪机。因此，喷嘴环和电机也非常容易够到，完全不需要梯子。
 

另一方面，TR 系列的自动高度调节功能也很出色。造雪机会自动移动到可以达到最佳造雪性能的造雪位置。造雪结束时，造雪机自会动回到待机位置，以免因降雪或运输而受损。
 

创新而实用的设计
 

最后不得不提的是， TR 和 TT 系列由于其美观大方和操作便利的设计而好评如潮。因此，TT10 塔式造雪机甚至获得了 2022 年 iF 设计金奖。TT10 凭借创新的整体方案和极具吸引力的设计而令人折服。
