The TechnoAlpin ServicePortal offers new functions

Enhanced overview, additional language options, and more intuitive navigation – for a service experience designed around our customers.
 

Serving as the central digital platform for maintenance, spare parts, and technical information on TechnoAlpin products, the ServicePortal has been completely revamped to further streamline workflows and make it even more user-friendly.
 

One of the key new features is the ability to reorder previously purchased items directly from the order history. This allows frequently needed components to be requested or ordered quickly, without the need to search again.
 

The introduction of refurbished and certified spare parts further expands the ServicePortal’s content – a sustainable and cost-effective solution available only through the ServicePortal, ensuring reliable access to tested components at all times.

Particular attention has been paid to the improved structure around spare parts: The clearer distinction between spare parts and technical documentation – driven by customer feedback – ensures that information is logically structured, easy to find, and intuitive to use. This significantly simplifies and speeds up the ordering process.
 

In addition, the portal is now available in five more languages: Polish, Swedish, Chinese, Czech and Slovak. This upgrade makes it easier for international teams worldwide to gain access to the information and functions they need.
 

The revised dashboard brings the latest news, technical updates, and seasonal promotions to the forefront. Users gain an immediate clearer overview and can reach their most important areas much faster.

The ServicePortal provides a reliable digital companion, available anytime, anywhere – in the office, workshop, or in the ski area itself. Maintenance plans, documentation, lists of spare parts and support functions are available around the clock and support smooth processes and first-class customer support.
 

As every year, our customers can look forward to the traditional Christmas promotion in December, valid for all orders placed through the ServicePortal.
