And HALF-TIME - start of the 2nd phase of the B.E.A.T. concept

Once the first service phase has been successfully completed, the next one follows. This lasts from June to August, getting you ready for the upcoming season by building on the solid foundation established earlier in the year - because it’s never too early to prepare for the start of the next snow season.

After training staff and carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the system using checklists, the second phase - as the name “Equipment” suggests - is all about dealing with individual machine components.

After carefully checking snow guns, pumping stations, and the system as a whole, any missing replacement parts can be ordered via the service portal. This contains optimized search options which allow you to switch between 3D designs and a list mode, depending on your preference. You can request parts or view the current delivery status at the click of a button.

Because checks were started early on in the summer, any possible problems can be resolved under ideal conditions, without time pressure - preparing early saves resources when working and reduces the number of shipments.

After all of the components have been delivered, qualified service technicians check the machines and replace any components that need to undergo maintenance. Subsequent maintenance means the machines are then ready to be restarted in the fall. Coordination and efficient organization are always our first priority.

Phase 2 marks the halfway point for achieving the B.E.A.T. service concept aims. The next phases are Action and Target, which can now be implemented after the successful completion of this phase.

This plan guarantees a smooth and secure start to the season.
