L'équipe de TechnoAlpin propose une assistance mondiale et vous met en relation avec des interlocuteurs attitrés qui, depuis dix centres de service, s'occupent au mieux de chaque client. En outre, le portail de service TechnoAlpin permet un accès simple et direct aux informations essentielles relatives à l'ensemble du système d'enneigement. Le portail en ligne offre une myriade de fonctions permettant à l'équipe d'enneigement d'utiliser et de maintenir le système d'enneigement de la meilleure des façons.

24 heures sur 24, 365 jours par an

Il est possible de commander les pièces détachées de n'importe quel modèle de machine 24 heures sur 24 par un simple clic. Cela accélère le processus de commande et garantit ainsi une maintenance et une réparation encore plus efficaces de l'ensemble de l'installation. 

Il est également possible de télécharger les principaux documents relatifs aux différents produits dans la rubrique « Documentation technique ». Les manuels d'utilisation, les instructions de fonctionnement et de maintenance, les schémas électriques et bien d'autres documents peuvent être consultés à tout moment sous forme numérique.  Diverses listes de contrôle relatives à la maintenance des enneigeurs, des vannes et des lances ainsi que des bons de réparation et des demandes d'application de la garantie sont également accessibles en ligne, de manière simple et facile.

Cours et tutoriels

Chaque année, la TechnoAlpin Academy offre à ses clients un programme complet de formations dans le but de transmettre des informations importantes sur la manutention et la maintenance des enneigeurs, des stations de pompage et des systèmes de gestion. Les personnes intéressées peuvent également s'inscrire pour participer via le portail de service.  
L'année dernière, le portail en ligne a en outre été complété par une rubrique vidéos. Les tutoriels qui y sont disponibles montrent ce qu'il faut faire, étape par étape, pour entretenir les machines et utiliser les logiciels, par exemple.  

Le portail de service est constamment enrichi de nouveaux contenus, cela vaut la peine d’y jeter un coup d'œil régulièrement.
