天冰团队在全球设有十个服务中心，从这里为每位客户提供最佳的服务，还能提供一对一的服务。另外，通过天冰服务门户网站，您可轻松直接的查阅有关整个造雪系统的最关键信息。该在线门户网站提供了大量的功能，这些功能为造雪团队提供了相当大的支持，方便他们操作和维护造雪系统。

全年全天候

不论是何种型号机器的备件，只需动动鼠标，就能全天候订购。这加快了订购过程，因此就能确保更高效地维护和修理整个系统。 
另外，在“技术文档”区域还能下载关于不同产品的最重要的文件。操作手册、运行和维护说明书、接线图及其他更多资料也能随时以电子形式调用。就连维护造雪机、阀门和喷枪的各类检查表以及维修工单和保修申请都能轻松在线查阅。 

课程和教程

天冰研究院每年都会为客户提供全面的培训课程，旨在介绍关于操作和维护造雪机、泵站以及管理系统的重要信息。有意向的人士同样可以通过该服务门户网站报名参加。
